Class will meet over zoom for 10 weeks, on Tuesday evenings from 7 – 8:15 PM. (Class dates are 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/28, 3/7 & 3/14. Note, no class on 2/21).

You will also receive TWO one on one coaching sessions . . . One at the beginning and one at the end of the program.
