We state below the voltage required for each outlet. Alternating Current only (current available).
Single phase 50 cycle approximately 118 volts. Single phase 60 cycle approximately 208 volts. 3 phase 60 cycle
approximately 208 volts. Please indicate amperes per phase leg voltage and number of phases required.
Indicate in the booth diagram the desired location of booth outlets. Mark plug location with symbol “x”

ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON-SITE (DAY OF EVENT), ARE PAYABLE IN CASH ONLY. BY SIGNING THIS FORM, EXHIBITOR
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES.
An Electrician will be on-site during Set-up. Booth set-up must be done prior to Event Start in order to
ensure that electrical requirements are met. Any additional electrical needs required by the Vendor will
incur additional charges. Any heavy electrical or non-standard plugs must be reviewed by our master
electrician and may incur additional charges. (Onsite Order: 15 Amp = $200.00 Each.)
The Chicago City code requires that no electrical equipment or apparatus can be connected unless it conforms to its Electrical Code. There will be an
Electrician on-site during set-up only. During event dates, there will not be an Electrician on-site but there will be Electricians on call, at and additional cost
to Vendors, to correct any minor infractions.
All electrical apparatus and splices must be installed in a metal enclosure to prevent sparks. All metal raceways, metal lighting fixtures and metal housings
of electrically-powered equipment should be grounded. All cables shall be 3 wires SJ cord or other approved type.
